EctoReign V0.93 Update

In this update I added Mounts, added a title screen background, improved enemies pathing.

Right now I currently only added a Chocobo Mount. You obtain this by finishing all your Skills quest line. I improved enemies pathing to less likely get stuck on objects when chasing you and should go around it. Also cleaned up mode coding for enemies to stop going outside walls(hopefully it works lol).
