EctoReign V0.96 Update

Big quality of life updates for the game. Should be able to run smoother now.

-Enemies now can't see you through walls and some points of interest.

-Enemies can now navigate around objects better so they are less likely to get stuck when chasing a player.

-Enemies can no longer get stuck on certain objects when returning back to their position.

-Players can no longer cast a placement spell(ex. healing spell) through walls or through points of interest. You must have LOS(line of sight).
