EctoReign V0.97 Update

Another update with quite a bit fixed, tweaked, and additions.

1. -sync dummy defense and animations
2. -fixed cosmetic/equipment with same sprite when removing one
3. -fix cow collision
4. -added variety of cows
5. -Qaulity of life, cleaned up enemies code and mapping
6. -New fishing spot animation, school of fish
7. -Added New hair
8. -Added Hood sprite
9. -New Equipment/Cosmetic icons
10. -Cosmetic icons change color when dyed
11. -Built Saltmouth(Fishman Town), currently inaccessible.
